GPO is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Office Staff

Work location: Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi.
- Perform receptionist’s duties, make sure office runs smoothly and in a professional manner.
- Performs general administrative duties: Order and maintain relevant office supplies.
- Keep track of office expense payment.
- Collection and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
- Perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for other functions as needed.
- And any other duties as designated by the Director or Office.
- Candidate must prossess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Previous working experience in auditing and accounting is preferred.
- Strong computer skills: MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good skills in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
